Openings: various commercial, product, tech and AI roles

Roles will include:

  • Sales: go-to-market type of roles. We'll be looking for both individual contributors, as well as individuals with strong sales leadership potential.
  • Tech: we will be looking for a few folks with an unorthodox mindset: we don't believe scaling the tech should mean scaling the team much. We need the perfect team size to complement one another in terms of skills, experiences, and focus.

What we will not hire:

  • Sales managers: we don't believe in the old model of sitting comfortably in your closed office, and looking at spreadsheets all day. You're a leader? You'll have to be in the field, and lead by example. Source deals for your guys (and eventually gals), help them close, and even close deals yourself once in a while. A leadership role on Deck's sales team doesn't mean the "tough" job of the frontline is behind you.
